- Processing
Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive tracking information from the courier service.
- Purchasing
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. True Collar Co. offers the following shipping methods:

We accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
To initiate a return, contact Support@truecollarco.com. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered and the reason for the return. Please attach pictures of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item(s) back.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, we will not charge you for any shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.
Examples of items that cannot be resold include:
- Items with stains, tears, or rips
- Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)
- Items with missing tags or packaging
- Refunds
When we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
